DK supporter updates

No away tickets for supporters clubs, decent.

Away membership to get out into a ballot.

About 300 people will need to move seats for work going on.

Only existing season ticket holders will be able to get them.

Loads of work at the ground and ryton

Tickets will see An uplift in price and on sale next week
 
Season tickets and JSB memberships seemingly separate entities now, so potential extra cost if wanting that too.
 
Much of the actual detail to be announced. I think I'll reserve judgement till I can see it in full.

I should think some members of the more remote supporters clubs ( London in particular) may feel a bit agrieved but I do think special access like they've enjoyed is no longer appropriate while crowds are so big.
 
I can’t be bothered to watch, can someone tell me if I should be getting out the pitchfork or the Doug King blowup doll?

Its largely as expected. I'll be getting a membership i think for the home games. Its not blowup doll worthy but I'll probably dig mine out and have a go on it anyway.

If you're not a ST holder you might feel like getting your pitchfork out. But if you're being realistic it's the way to do it.

I've always been able to get tickets because I've been going for over 40 years and know a lot of people who could sort tickets out for me. But I'm not a STH anymore because of where I live. I accept that I won't get many tickets for this season coming. There's many thousands of people in the queue before me. Not a pitchfork moment for me.

I'm in the International fans group of the London Supporters clubs. I've always manged to get my own tickets although next season will be a lot harder unless I try and book hospitality for individual games
 
Curious about the overseas membership, wonder if there's less members, less likely to make the games and therefore more chance to succeed in the ballot.

I am ADHD so my brain rattles off mad shit in thoughts

Who knows I could use my address in Cov or London and overseas and get two memberships and see which one works best

The memberships aren’t ballots from I can tell. It just gives you priority access before general sale.
 
If you have a season ticket, will you be able to try and buy a one off match ticket for someone in the same window that members are using? It’s not 100% clear if the priority period for home match tickets is STH and members or just members. I think it will be both but I’d like to see it confirmed. Maybe I missed it in Friday’s announcement.
 
Read this sentence on the website

"For supporters who didn't take up the Premier League Package, we won't dress it up: prices are increasing this season".

Would a 10-15% increase really need that kind of wording? Probably not. Will not be critical unyil it happens but anything in the order of a 50% hike would be wild and could genuinely price out fans who've been with us since League One, only to be replaced by the we can afford it brigade with Premier League football back.
With 4 fewer home games next season too, I just hope Doug doesn't go OTT.

I’d be amazed if that was the case. STHs have their seat, they can’t then monopolise all the other ones too. 😂

I keep reading this, yet lowest avg was about 9k, we never had behind the goal open, add segregation and often pitiful away followings and we were about 1 in 2 of those available to us. Lots of space granted and easier to get to and from the ground. Perhaps nostalgia playing on my memories, but not how I remember it.

I remember leaving the Cherry Tree at 2.45, and I'd just be sitting down when the ref blew his whistle.

Occasionally I buy one for my city supporting sister who lives in Ireland. If needed I’ll buy a membership to be able to do it. Or get an international membership. More money for Doug!

With the usual early bird discount, that should be about 500 pounds quid.
I'll be happy with that.
 
That bloke on the audio going round was spot on about everything else and he said not less than 575 not more than 650. Having a range made me think it was crap, but now everything else right, I reckon it's 575 early bird 650 after. Probably 500 for concessions.
 
Table below costs last year after end of early bird discount. I thought this would be the level of early bird prices and 10% more after discount removed.
Pretty much in line with what @rob9872 says.

£575 early bird (from £440 last season) is far too much.

That's more than 25% increase.

Won't happen.

god knows, think it was a midweek cup game. assume the reason we ended up closing stands was because this was happening too often and Wasps were making us pay an extra fee for every block that was open.
