I doubt whether he was paid to create a false dossier. He was originally paid by a republican, but that ended when Trump was nominated. Trump is under investigation for collusion with a foreign power. He said he had spoken to Mark Hornby. He hadn't. He said he was down the line with a takeover of the club. He wasn't.
