Have you ever been there?
When I went (last season) you had to wait in reception for someone to come down and escort you to the first floor office at the end of a corridor where they just chat amongst themselves, and you standing there like a melon, it is a bit off putting.

It's the timing I don't get. For the first time in years things are looking up. Pretty much everything over the summer has been good news yet he chooses now to stop going.
