Have you ever been there?
When I went (last season) you had to wait in reception for someone to come down and escort you to the first floor office at the end of a corridor where they just chat amongst themselves, and you standing there like a melon, it is a bit off putting.

No have never been, but it wouldn't particular bother me. I think it's more to do with the customer service than the state of the office.

To be fair, we were all saying no-one was ringing up, it was the same old tired faces (in this case voices), people were pee'd off with Eakin and Linnell shouting down anti Sisu sentiment etc.

I bet they looked at listening figures and decided to include Wasps.

I would rather they didn't, but so many of us had switched off anyway, so we can't have it both ways.

I haven't listened now for two seasons, whereas previously it was always a not miss for me.

TBF it has been going downhill for a couple of years
Some of the podcasts going around are better
I'd rather they did something like Rugby tonight or the local football Teams in the area where they involve managers /coaches pundits etc in the Studio

It does need a revamp, but there is a place for it. It needs more than just Clive and one or two callers. Maybe get a panel of three to toss off (*snigger*) some ideas and arguments. It's hard to listen to Clive pulling splinters out his his bum as he sits on the fence all year, so get a couple of ex-pros or a journo in to debate key issues. In its current format it's just someone slagging off SISU / the council, and Clive trying to be as impartial as possible by telling everyone they're wrong, then squirming around while the callers tell him he's an apologist.
