Harsh on Bayliss. Both defences are happy to sit on the edge of their own 18 yard box - he's having to go box to box and there's no space in behind to play a pass into. Trying to be creative but picked a couple of wrong options. Creative players will always stand out because they try things that make them stand out when they work and look silly when they don't.

Have been a few positives so far - JCH has done more this match than the entire Burton game, Grimmer looks a lot fitter, Thomas' pace is troubling them.
Negatives - Play is very stretched so we look light in the middle, we need to hit the target with some of these half chances.

When we pass it around and drag them out of position we look really good (same every game). We need the final ball to work though.

Absolutely not getting negative about it and writing him off, but as it stands I really don’t see the benefit of Chaplin. His movement is ok, but it’s in the wrong places, he needs to be further forward.

JCH is doing the target man role today.
