Why bring Godden on with 3 mins to go, he should have been brought on earlier. Again Robins hesitant with his subs left it far too late.

1, he's been out injured for months and 2, we needed max and Baka's height for set pieces

Took far too long to make that last change.

Robins MUST start letting the handbrake off or we'll be in the bottom half in the new year, not good enough being nearly men and thinking about what might have been. Great that we're unbeaten but our form is not much better than relegation form such is the lack of wins.

Yes, really poor. One good cross early in the first half but woeful since then

Another good point. Most of the "Games in hand" have now evaporated

Yeah that’s what I meant to say, before players even got down the tunnel. Hold on! Hold on! Just do this toss

And then Godden comes on and sets up Allen with a flick on header, god knows what Bakayoko would have done there. Just a matter of time before he’s out of the squad.

I enjoyed that! Draw probably fair given they bossed the first half and us the second. Really like the look of Allen. I was screaming for Max to be subbed off...and then he scored! Have to say, I still prefer Mason at left back. Thought he was better today, but has Baka ever taken a shot without falling over?!

that second half was outstanding, after the first half where he took the handbrake off with 2 up top, which left us with no midfield.

I'm delighted with a point today. Ipswich are a VERY good team

You’ve got to say though that that is a very good point. It really could’ve went either way they hit the post and they had a couple of chances where if it wasn’t for a freak slip they would’ve scored. We hit the bar and Allen missed a good chance too.
We played very well against the best team in the league and we have Allen coming back who looked good when he came on, Godden to come back who is a great finisher, and jodi Jones probably going to sneak on too over the next month or so.

It’s entirely possible we will be challenging for an automatic promotion slot. Definitely feeling positive about a playoff position

Good (and fair) result - wouldn't have been outrageous if Allen had won it at the end though. Ipswich way too good for us for 25 minutes in the first half but they tired towards the end of the second and we were running at them at will. O'Hare excellent despite a couple of misplaced passes near his own area. Baka much better, Biamou very good; Allen looks ace. Kelly on the money with some cute passing and general tussling. Some dodgy moments of keep-ball near our goal but not as bad as previously and McFadzean got through the game unscarred by mistakes.

Ipswich the best side I've seen by a fair way but we held our own over the 90 minutes. A very enjoyable match.

Let the handbrake off?

Did you not see how we lined up at the start?

That was the most attacking lineup he could put out. We looked much better once we beefed up the midfield and went one up front.

We've had an unbeaten run in the last 7 games that's included Fleetwood, Peterboro, Sunderland and Ipswich. There's been too many draws but that was a tough few games. Need to make sure we start spanking teams like Shrewsbury and Lincoln now too, am expecting 12 points from the next 4 games.

We are 6th.

Our form (according to BBC last 5 games table) is better than 2nd, 3rd and 5th place team and same as 4th. Its a long season and we have have Allen, Jones, Jordi and Godden to come into this team.

Much better second half, probably a fair result on reflection. Need to win against Shrewsbury and get the away win monkey off our back.

No, I was talking about the end where Biamou was flagging and we were crying out for some fresh impetus up front

On the positive side good to set Godden and Allen on, Godden with the flick to Allen showed again what a decent target man he is

Anybody criticising us today needs to have a word with themselves. They were good first half, but we came back strongly.
