I think it's having the extra man up front AND O'Hare in the midfield. You can do one or the other, but not both together IMO

I think that's where Shipley's best attribute comes into play in that he will play central midfield and still get beyond the strikers.

Can see why he was released by Brentford at a higher level, neat and tidy footballer with a lovely pass on him but he has no pace whatsoever and not much going for him on the physical side either.
