They've just beaten Boro, Ipswich and Lesser so will definitely be no pushover
Hopefully there's no hangover from Friday and we can play our all out attacking style and get the league won but it certainly won't be easy

They do have injury problems now.
The efforts they put in over the previous 3 games has taken a toll.
Hopefully they will think they've done enough to stay up (which they probably have) and will be "on the beach" for this one.

Anticipating a very tough game; Portsmouth were very impressive against both Leicester and Ipswich, are in strong form and have incredible work ethic and team spirit. I think if they take the lead we'll really struggle to get back in the match, and their fans will be fired-up and loud as they always are.

God, I want a win tomorrow. Imagine clinching the title at the CBS with time to spare, a phenomenal end to the greatest season of all of our lives. I'll take a scrappy 1-0 all day long.
We do it in style They’re more or less safe… 4-0 and place rocking or a chaplin OG in the 89th min

It's possible they'll be tired, but no way will they be "on the beach" being 7 points clear of relegation with 9 still to play for.

They’ve got Stoke and Birmingham after us, they’ll be resting their best players ready for those 2, they’ll only need a point to guarantee It, doubt they’ll be going all out tomorrow

That's plausible, but there's a big difference between 'not going all out' and being 'on the beach'.

Hopefully Wrexham are 5-0 at half time against Oxford and Pompey can relax and let us have this

Think Onyeka needs a break, same as Rudoni. I think this will be a nervy 2-1 to have us up as champions.

Hyam and Doyle....it could have been you ! then
Sheaf injured again, injured again, you've got your own special bed
Jeering is bad form. None of those players really had a choice whether they came or went.

Lampard probably sanctioned selling Sheaf off because we got a good price for a player who is starting to miss a lot of game time. He’s still a top Championship midfielder, just not compared to Grimes or Onyeka, who basically cost us £1.5m if you view his arrival as offsetting Sheaf’s departure.

Hyam certainly didn’t force a move and Doyle was a loan player. The only player it really applies to is COH because he left to join a team with better prospects of promotion and we got their first. Hamer could maybe be added to the list but he left to play for a PL side at the time - his heart is probably still at Cov.

I don't think I mentioned anything about jeering and as I said above enjoying a friendly song or 2 isn't going to make them lose much sleep...no malice just enjoy reminding them no booing like Ohare got either!

Fair, I’d like us to jeer Wrexham for winning the league. They spent a lot of money to potentially not even make playoffs.

Torp might get a start over Onyeka , along side Grimes , as the tank has been targeted lately, for some fairly rough treatment.
An option for city on the left , is Wright operating there & Mason Clarke , on our right?
Esse hasn’t impressed me enough to get a start , so Rudi in the 10 roll & Ellis up top .

Hyam especially who was sold to cover the pitch cos our owners were dreadful. Hardly something to gloat about.

Now if we were playing Sheff Utd…

To cover it because Wasps were going bust.

Sheaf celebrated like they had won the league in the away game though. Fitting that he will be injured for this one.
