Think Robbins will send them out more attack minded for this. Wouldn’t be surprised to see 3 up front, an early goal and pressing in midfield. If we are in front (by 1) with 20 to go the anxiety will creep in and we will possibly defend deep.

Can you pay on the gate tomorrow? May plan a last minute trip down as the weather looks naff and I have an excuse to not do the garden now for the wife until Sunday.

...that'll work (as long as she hasn't seen that the weather forecast looks even worse for Sunday) !

Players are staying over in Crawley tonight. We can't be that skint as that is a pretty unnecessary expenditure. Crawley isn't that far away.

Was working at Brum Airport last week and the Villa players had a private jet to Norwich on the Friday before the game.

Easy to see where the problem lies. Conceeded 8 in the last 2 games.

Can only see a home win tomorow unfortunatley.

Although to be fair I’d happily take a 1-0 today

Really hope not, really need a win now to get a bit of a distance between us and the teams just behind us.

Although I've woken up feeling not very confident so I think a draw at best, although if we win I will be over the moon!

Which is what we said after Newport. Form and common sense seem to have gone out the window prediction wise. Wouldn't be surprised by any result today.

Yeah, would very much echo that. I predict a draw and that should prove okay in the grand scheme of things, but a win would be a real shot in the arm.

Maybe it’s the hangover but I can’t see us winning today. Think we’ll stop the rot with a draw though, 1-1

Would definitely take that. 4 games left, 3 of which are at home.

JCH for Biamou?
Vincenti for Kelly, leaving Bayliss in middle?

Willis for Rod?

Other must be injury?

Look a 433 to me given the midfield slection, Crawley tend to be 433 at home so likely matching up

Changes the settled formation to 433 in the 42nd game... Smacks of desperation, but could be a change for the better. Emphasis on full backs providing width, with the problem of (central) strikers treading on each other's toes.

Or I've got it totally wrong, and we are going back to the striker-winger-transfer list process again!
