“Sisu refused to agree to” is that because sisu are being dicks or the clauses are unreasonable. Poor reporting.

Which is why it's a bit obvious it has been put out now to pass the blame ;)

Exactly, what they're not agreeing to makes a massive difference.

Sisu refused to agree to one year renewal or Sisu refused to agree to 50 year £2m a year deal are two very different things.

Hope this isn't laying the groundwork for Wasps making a terrible offer to be able to say its all SISUs fault.

Hard to know with the Telegraph these days. So much shit is made up and later turns out to be wrong.

On the other hand we know the council and Wasps feed them information so could be using them to get the story out the way they want it presented.

It's like the Beeb saying that Ford refused to admit that the Bridgend engine plant closure was not due to Brexit!

Im not getting in to Brexit but Ford cut 5000+ jobs in Germany so I assume thats down to Brexit as well....

But back to football. Can they just announce if there will an announcement

Right, Davenport, i'm off to sharpen my shotgun!
I had a barney with him ref drink driving and how out of order it was on twitter with him and he blocked me. Tells you all you need to know - knob!
He's also the dickhead who photographed the awards at the dinner and ruined it. I was there and saw the post, but didn't tell the rest of the table. I too hope his next shit is a hedgehog!

Is it him that has admitted he was joking?
Not sure, haven't been on twatter yet today, but it was him bigging up the announcement yesterday after the diamond club do.

Who knows?
The rugby guy said he heard Wasps don't actually own the stadium and have fallen out with whoever does own it
I always thought Wasps owned the lease so told him I thought he was probably mistaken

Again that sounds like the rumour is about us, we’re the ones who have fallen out with the owners!

to be honest I wont believe it either way until the club put it up, but if its true that sisu have rejected the terms then I fully expect an explanation as to either what the terms were or the reasons why they rejected the deal.
Almost certain to be NDA around the contract terms
