Sisu refused to agree to one year renewal or Sisu refused to agree to 50 year £2m a year deal are two very different things.
Hope this isn't laying the groundwork for Wasps making a terrible offer to be able to say its all SISUs fault.

Almost certain to be NDA around the contract termsto be honest I wont believe it either way until the club put it up, but if its true that sisu have rejected the terms then I fully expect an explanation as to either what the terms were or the reasons why they rejected the deal.
