Would love him to commentate every game we could potentially confirm promotion
I found her a bit annoying and in the end only turned on the radio during the actual match so I didn't have to listen to her. A lot of the time she speaks as if she's distracted doing something else. There seem to be long gaps between words and sentences take an age.I found her a lot better to listen to than Rob tbqh
I've done this for years no matter who was presenting. Way too much filling time and the phone in is abysmal, although that's largely down to the quality of the callers.I found her a bit annoying and in the end only turned on the radio during the actual match
Not listened to the phone in after for years. Just annoys the hell out of me.I've done this for years no matter who was presenting. Way too much filling time and the phone in is abysmal, although that's largely down to the quality of the callers.
The phone ins were a lot more interesting when we were a basket case. It was like an asylum sometimes on a Friday night
Nasal Nigel and the Sisu Seance with Linnell in total confusion was a classic
If you consider Alan Partridge to be "not a sports presenter", neither is she.I found her a bit annoying and in the end only turned on the radio during the actual match so I didn't have to listen to her. A lot of the stuff she talks about seem to have little to do with the actual game and more to do with other stuff like what the club or a fan has put out on social media. Maybe I'm just old and that's what people want to hear about, but I just don't care.
You can tell she is a supporter, but not in a fanatical way, and I'm sure she's great for an afternoon or morning audience just talking about any old nonsense. But she's not a sports presenter.
