"Yeah, I was told this morning in fact he spoke to Wolves last night without clubs permission.

Club were willing to let him talk to him after international break but Edwards went behind clubs back"

Lovely stuff. Need someone to pinch Robins now. Or his assistant to run over his dog or whatever happened here.

Why not? You think 8pts is insurmountable or you don't like their squad?

New manager bounce and that gap could be down to 3 or 4 within a month

Saying that I'm with the other poster through who said thinks Edwards is a bit overrated although he is doing a good job at the mo tbf
Problem is that the players are shit.

I think Boro will bounce back stronger from this - I don't really rate Edwards and they have won 2 in 8 and arguably peaked under him

At Luton, I think as much as he is a nob - Nathan Jones built a side that had been together for a few years and were so well drilled in what they did, it was a favourable job for any manager to take, Premier League they were arguably unlucky but his attempt at rebuilding them last season was an absolute disaster and probably the reason why they went down

He isn't graet but he has a team playing better than the some of it's parts

I can only assume he’s doing that because he considers Wolves to be his team

Any other reason is madness. Boro probably have a better chance of being in the PL than Wolves

A magnificent moment from our recent history.

As much for the po-faced sanctimony that it elicited from O'Neil, the contemptible bell.

If it had been 20 years earlier the kid would’ve been made to apologise for interfering with the game

That was for racism, wasn't it?

Also the same bloke who got a similar length ban for biting.

What a signing.
This one is only banned on the balance of probability, no evidence. Really pleased he'll miss our game but this is a very dangerous road to go down and a slippery slope of justice. Racism definitely needs stamping out of the game as we saw with Kasey, but not sure how one word against another can be proven either way. It was also Hannibal which makes me even more untrusting of his word than I would normally be. However with this guy having previous for biting, I'm not sure I have much sympathy with him either way.

Fairly sure it’s the same as when John Terry got done for racism against Anton Ferdinand. It’s not a court of law, after all.
