I thought in the first 15 minutes we looked well coached and disciplined, then one mistake gets punished and the discipline sort of went.

I don’t think they will be complacent, Man U were just v sloppy and Hull were comfortable at the back.

A very good point and this will need to be sorted or it could be an uncomfortable season.
Against this it was clear the players were very nervous from the start (hence the poor first corner). Get away from the glare and expectation of the TV and that should not be a problem and they can play to their potential.

Again, it’s where you need some more established heads on the pitch to help others through difficult moments in matches.

Not really, they had 3 big chances and one of them was McBurnie’s miss before Ajayi scored. They executed their game plan brilliantly and deserve all the plaudits. Man U had the better of the chances, they were just terrible. Carrick will probably win the sack race if there’s anymore performances like that.

For context, Man U’s xG was 1.83, Arsenal’s against us was 1.88. In a nutshell, that’s why Arsenal are champions.

I think the Hull City game will be very tough they'll be buoyant after beating Utd. We know from our 2 0-0 games in the championship last season they'll be a tough nut to crack and will 1 million percent set up with a low block and look for the counter attack goal. Hopefully Ephron is fit and Cherif gets a look in but Awonyi definitely has to start up top. Hopefully we can bag the 3 points especially as we have Man City away the following game because things will really start to look bad even after 3 games and no points. Hull City and Ipswich home and away are games we really need to win at a minimum and pick up points here and there. Home games are going to be the key.
