We’re coming from Manchester on a direct train, been told it’s only going as far as New Street and we need to get to Reading and go from there.

you can also go from New St to Snow Hill then to worcester and onto Bristol from there, that’s what I have been told to do

Trains to Newport were cancelled when we looked so we jumped on the New St one

I was in the New Street ticket office at 9.25 am and told the only way to get to Bristol is via Reading. I’m in the 9.33 ( delayed by 15 minutes )to Reading now.
