Brentford are obviously a great team, but optimistic based on the team choice, fact we’re playing on the front foot and our start.

Even if we lose today because they are a better team, this already looks like a functional formation. The players look comfortable in it, going long and short is an option, as is playing through the middle or going wide and the strikers are playing as a pair rather than half the pitch each. A lot to like so far.
