Them turning this down literally gives us no hope of them leaving at all

Such a shame, our future would be secured at the ricoh and we'd actually have money to spend on players too!

if they were serious they wouldn't snitch and moan to general public

listened to a podcast last year with a super agent and he mentioned he has put 2 consortium in touch with sisu over buying ccfc and both times offers were rejected. but he said these bidders left it at that and moved on to other clubs. thats serious business people.

if hoffman wants cov.stay quiet. put a new bid in

The trouble is as much as we all want them to go Sisu will never look to sell the club for 7 million. Also adding that they can keep Wilson money is not really an incentive. Given his injury record he could do his knee again between now and the end of the season and there goes any money for him so that would essentially be 5 mil down the drain. I honestly don’t think they will sell for less than 14/15 mil cash upfront.

Where would that money be coming from? The hallmarks of a Hoffman offer is promising SISU payment of future income, add in accepting any old offer to stay at the Ricoh and funds will be a lot tighter than they are now. Maybe we can get a Wonga loan off his mate Ranson.

Easily 14/15! Rekon anyone would be willing to put that money upfront though?

That would be quite witty if it made any sense ;)

She won’t talk to them. Surely you of all people would expect that as a minimum? Given how upset you were at the prospect of the council being unwilling to accept SISU’s olive branch, which they’ve now accepted so I’m sure you’re having an enjoyable day ;)

The difference there is that the council wanted the legals dropped and for CCFC to play in Coventry, apparently ;)

That's why your comparison doesn't work.

Let's just see if people are as bothered about CCFC being distressed as they were ACL ;)

In the same period:
WASPS say no deal and
Duggins says no deal and 2 fingers to Parliament

Sounds like 3 more members of the consortium ?
And remember Johnson slipped out about being able to play at the Ricoh if it wasn't SISU, trust meetings with the council that they weren't allowed to report on and notes in the trust board meeting minutes to get updates from Hoffman. They're all in it together and it will play out just as it did the last time they attempted it.

Yeah, of course the council meeting SISU and calling them out is a good sign.

All we need now is Wasps to put a deal on the table, and SISU dropping the legals and all in all it would be good.

Can’t really trust Hoffman’s judgement given that he came with SISU and believed Dale Evans... anything keeping him away from the club is good

If "all in it together" as a stitch up what can be done - "there's the rub" as someone once wrote

I would be happy for someone senior from SISU to speak to them. However when your previous offer was described as derisory you really need to come back with something significantly improved, not just a promise of a few quid if Wilson leaves Bournemouth.

The difference is the legals as far as we know haven’t been dropped yet the council has still entertained SISU pretending that they’re going to build a stadium again.

That’s why the comparison doesn’t work.

Maybe a consortium should pretend that they want to buy the club. That way Joy might entertain them. Where’s Dinsah when you need him. ;)

All the council have really said is they will do the minimum required of them by law. Maybe go back and have a look at Wasps application for Higgs and see how much assistance the council gave them.

Would selling the club weaken SISU's small chance of being successful in court?

Re: Hoffman et al. Be careful what you wish for. Would they be able to fund the ongoing losses the club makes/

I don’t get your agenda sometimes Nick.

What outcome would you like?
