The non disclosure agreement would be for a fixed term or until negotiations have ceased. It’s not against the agreement I would not think for either party to make the public aware of this

It's only my 2nd post on here but long time lurker. I've been going up the city since 1946 when my great grandad first carried me there on his shoulders after a 24 hour shift in the mines. I remember when I was hanging off a floodlight when we beat Notts County 4-1 in '55 in front of 50,000 cov fans but you couldn't tell which team was which because it was all in black and white. Anyway, I've had enough of the politics and lies from SISU. Even though i've had a season ticket every year since season tickets were invented (except for Sh*tfields) I'm jacking it in. SISU should just do a deal so we can all watch cov in cov. Away games only for me this year.

Me too. You wouldn't have to run fast and there'd be plenty to hide behind.

This is clear it’s coherent it lines up with a genuine timeline I.e EFL deadline, confidence that dropping NDA won’t make us look like idiots.

nothing in this for me to suggest it isn’t the gods honest truth

someone on another thread mentioned this but more and more it feels like Wasps and CCC are the ones trying to distress Cov not the other way

popcorn at ready for Wasps BS response

I understand your point of view on this, but you aren’t damaging SISU by doing this, but the club youve supportedfor so long through many owners, and yourself as you will miss out. This time SISU aren’t fully to blame, more Wasps and possibly the council

Wasps are still playing the game CCC told them to play i.e. Try to force regime change at CCFC.

I guess depends on the specific wording of the agreement.

Expecting a response from wasps tonight or tomorrow latest

that’s if they feel Boddy is lying if we don’t get a response tells me wasps know he’s got them by the balls

That is clear but I do find it difficult to believe Sepoella signed an NDA so heavily weighted against their ability for disclosure

I meant SISU aren’t going to care if you don’t renew your season ticket, but if enough people don’t it will impact the club, and your own enjoyment of the club

But that might be the exact reason why it has been signed. I think sisu can do enough to almost force information public and it gives the perception that it is Wasps with something to hide.

NDA doesn't matter really, the EFL seem to be agreeing with CCFC.

I was being facetious and attempting a parody of the accounts that always pop up when Wasps or CCC get their asses handed to them. And now I've had to explain it YOU'VE FUCKING RUINED IT

This comment from Boddy now might result in relations between CCFC and the stripy b***ards being irreparably damaged. I would think we will now be at St Andrews for 21/22 season too (I cannot see Wasps going pop within the next 12 months that’s for sure).

To those saying they will go to away games only, good luck with that. Given the impact COVID will have on stadia capacities, it will likely be a while before away fans will be allowed, and even then I would think season ticket holders will snap up the majority of whatever does go to away supporters
