Just watched tennis for first time in ages Jannick Sinner world no. 1 demolished Casper Ruad ranked 7.in the italian open.Such was his domination the Italian crowd gave Ruad a big ovation just for getting the game he got.He looks a class above anything out there at the moment.A ranking that includes Djokovic back in a distance 6th

Edited for you.
Is it coincidence that Djokovic's form has fallen off a cliff since he had Andy Murray on his coaching team?

Djokovic has played some amazing tennis tonight against Zverev. They've just had a 41 shot rally.

WOW! WHAT A FINAL, WHAT A WIN by Alcaraz.

Coming back to win from 2 sets to love down for the first time in his career, saving 3 Championship Points and against the World No. 1 Sinner. 5 hrs 29 mins.

What a day for the Brits, our most successful day at Wimbledon ever. Huge win for Boulter, played some incredible tennis today.

While Raducanu was playing there was shouting from the stands and the BBC said there was a 'disturbance', hope that's not related to her stalker.

BBC have some appalling commentators, Castle is bad with his waffling on but Navratilova is Matterface levels of bad.

Draper crashes out in the second round, was a tough draw for him to be fair.

We could be very thin on the ground going into the second week. Incredibly tough game coming up for Raducanu, Norrie's is a good match up he should probably win but could go either way. Only really Kartal you'd expect to win.

It would be great if she could carry her performance against Vondrousova into the Sabalenka match. Centre Court will be right behind her.

what is going on with the constant changing of rackets this year. they take 5 or 6 out in their bag but this year there seems to be a constant flow of new rackets being sent down from the coaches in the stands.

The way this game is going there's a chance that just as its reaching its climax the Wimbledon curfew will kick in. Sightly ridiculous when they're playing under a closed roof.

However this match finishes, Raducanu has been brilliant tonight, and can take so many positives from her performance against the world number 1.

It's also one of the best matches Sabalenka's played this year, she's been very up and down.

Edit. Lost 7-6 6-4. She'd have beaten pretty much any other player tonight

No shame in that, brilliant performance from Raducanu. She's getting better and better after a horrific run of injuries and three surgeries that led you to fear for her future.

If Savalenka plays like that next week there's a pretty good chance she'll win the title. When you've made the world number one and top seed pull out her best tennis to win you're doing something right.

Agreed. Must admit, I got a bit annoyed that a lot of people mocked Radacanu when she was struggling post the US grand slam victory. She clearly had a lot of injuries, and as a youngster, had fame thrust on her from obscurity. Hope she can stay healthy and fulfil her obvious potential.

The abuse the female brit players get is absolutely disgusting. We've got a number of player doing pretty well and towards the top end of the rankings, and improving but the abuse is relentless.

Radacanu gets the worst of it, not to mention some serious issues with a stalker. There's a lot of people desperate for her to lose and pick up further injuries. Just can't understand some peoples mentality.
