To bring a slight bit of nuance to the Wolfenden > Hughes debate. The year Ipswich went up they conceded 57 goals with him starting at centre half. Were conceded 58 last year and were defensively ‘frail’

Woolfenden sounds like Ipswich version of Josh Eccles, does a job when required, came through the academy and been part of a successful team but just lacking an edge at the top level. Hope he does we'll but I'm not convinced about this signing.

About Hughes projected level in a year then in value, I just had a thought he could be another Harry McGuire (Hughes)I’m warming to the wolf signing. A lot of championship teams were after him and he’s chose us by the looks of it. No shame losing his place at Ipswich to 2 £20m centre halves.
