Wycombe as a whole were diabolical in the playoffs. Barely created anything.I wouldnt. He didnt look much in the playoffs across the games i saw him
I agree, Luton offered them £5 million up front plus £2 million in add ones when the ex Wycombe manager moved to Luton.I wouldn’t want to spend that on a player who’s scored 2 goals in the league below since Jan
It’s a lot for a player who as you say struggled for form in the second half of the season. Not to mention the step up from league oneI wouldn’t want to spend that on a player who’s scored 2 goals in the league below since Jan
Id much rather someone who has scorede in leagues on a par with ours. He has barely scored a goal in league one since december.Wycombe as a whole were diabolical in the playoffs. Barely created anything.
I think Wycombe bought him from a non league side and last season was his first season at that level ?It’s a lot for a player who as you say struggled for form in the second half of the season. Not to mention the step up from league one
First full one. They signed him Jan 24 I believeI think Wycombe bought him from a non league side and last season was his first season at that level ?
He did and he's had an interesting journey in his short career from non league level to joining a professional club.First full one. They signed him Jan 24 I believe
Not to dampen expectations but I agree with Boosh, think it’s a bullshit link to drum up interestThe link is complete bollocks unfortunately.
Would be the perfect signing though

Seems like a B-tec Kvistgaarden seems like we’ve been searching for a specific type of forward if we wanted Kvistgaarden last summer as someone said cant remember who think it was @Jimmy87
I think one of Simms or BTA will be off. Someone to compete with Sakamoto on the right will definitely come in thoughIt’s the type of signing that could complete the attack. Can play off either side or down the middle and would leave us with plenty of options and styles to pick from. I’m hoping we can sign someone of similar quality.
New Signing
Sakamoto
Simms
Asante
Wright
EMC
Yes i like those options, but would prefer a new out and out number 9 to replace Simms or BTAI think one of Simms or BTA will be off. Someone to compete with Sakamoto on the right will definitely come in though
WowRather keep BTA than Simms but I think he'd have more interest.

Yes of course is he …. That’s why there was a stampede to buy BTA last summer when it was well known WBA wanted to sell him.BTA is a far better option than Simms.
Wow what?
Let's wait for the stampede to come in for Simms then.Yes of course is he …. That’s why there was a stampede to buy BTA last summer when it was well known WBA wanted to sell him.
Remind me, who was there interest in January time?Yes of course is he …. That’s why there was a stampede to buy BTA last summer when it was well known WBA wanted to sell him.
Didn’t we also bid over another team to sign him?Remind me, who was there interest in January time?
Because he wasn’t playing … Frank picked Simms ahead of him week after week after week …Remind me, who was there interest in January time?
Rather keep BTA than Simms but I think he'd have more interest.
Can’t argue with that reallyIf we really want a starting number 9 its a question of who is going to be better off the bench. For me thats BTA everytime.
Coming from you makes me even more confident with the take tbf. What a shit take
Don't get me wrong mate, I'd happily bin both and freshen it up completely but I've had the argument already so will go with the which I'd rather keep argument now.My issue with both BTA and Simms is when they’re both on form they can be unplayable. When they’re not they are anonymous and dreadful. There’s no in between with either. I watched all of Simms goals from last season and quite a few headers in there. That shows he can be an effective target man. With the amount of crosses we put in he should be lethal in the box.
