I keep saying it and i truly believe it, i don't think being 6.4ft or 5.8ft makes a blind bit of difference to how we play. The volume of crosses will still be high with a high ratio of headed goals scored next season. The key is having intelligence to time your run to create space, which puts you in a position to make it harder to miss that score. Top striker keep making good runs and can make a bad pass into a good one and a good pass into a great one. Tha aim is accuracy and timing, accuracy of the pass/cross and timing of the run..
I dont mind having a 6.ft player but intelligence and athletism is more important than physicality and height is my opinion. A mixture can work but the lad i question would not effect how we play, he would be a very good addition.
