But if it were true, it would be good business - a 33% profit on 2+ years. League 1 is his optimum level, and it looks like he is 3rd choice with a manager who prefers one up front much of the time.

There is no case for keeping your third choice striker if that amount of cash is on offer.

Totally agree but only if you have a striker lined up to come in
