    Something not right

This obviously isn't plan A but the ARVO charge and the asset moving etc suggest this was a contingency plan. Those were all done well before they found themselves in this situation.

    Something not right

The Arvo charge, moving assets around, stopping paying the rent a year ago to start to distress ACL to get them on the cheap all suggest very strongly this has been a plan since then.

    Something not right

You are making it sound like sisu submited an envolope with 1.5mill written in it and so that means none of the other bidders envolopes contained a number over 1.5mill. Thats not what is going to have happened at all. If you buy limited you would have debts of £70million, so offering £1 would...

    Fan owned club

Thats not the same thing, Portsmouth brought the football club, we can't buy the football club, our football club isn't for sale and when limited was for sale a few weeks ago it was impossible to win a bid against the company that all the debt was owed too unless you wanted to bid tens of...

    Something not right

These write offs wouldn't have happened with someone else bidding though. Appleton didn't say the creditors would be paid in full but he did say he accepted the bid that was best for the unsecured creditors, I completely reject this though

    Players training in Solihull yesterday

What do you film with deano, you go to all this effort and end up with something almost unwatchable, does sky blues player not have the budget to pay a couple of hundred for something that can produce an acceptable picture?

    honest Tim

Paul Appleton said he accepted Otiums bid because it gave the best deal for the unsecured creditors this is clearly not true, ACL will get 500k but lose a 40 year lease worth about 50mill, if someone else had brought it this wouldn't be the case. I assumed they would pay acl in full then otium...

    Something not right

so 1 years rent in compensation to ACL for breaking the lease but will only pay 25% of the debts including that year. Regarding writing off the debts this is the worst case scenario for ccfc, if they had paid the money instead of writing it off then we would owe sisu significantly less. It...

    ACL Statement

50% of the unsecured unconnected creditors by value have to agree with the cva as well as 75% of the creditors as a whole by value. Obviously the 75% will pass easily but the 50% unconnected is basically just ACL so it's completely up to them.

    Trust Meeting with Football Laegue

So then, impossible to be out of admin by season start, will not be able to sign any players before season start, so pressley is deluded or lying to us.

    Presumed consent!!

it's still a better option than your loved ones liver being eaten by worms or maggots no? while there is always the risk the person who you'll save will waste their life that doesn't seem like an argument against giving to me. Especially as if they feel someone is likely to relapse into drugs or...

    Bell - I'm staying

most peoples contracts will have a notice period that either side can use.

ACL will have enough votes to reject deal at creditors meeting

starting on -15 would have a massive effect on attendances too especially if it happens before season tickets go on sale which I assume it would do.

    Bell - I'm staying

True but that isn't what they are being asked to do, thats what happens if they dont leave, they are being asked to find another club and that for someone who has been injured for so long will almost certainly mean a massive pay cut. So Bell is probably saying no thanks I'll go down the park...

    Bell - I'm staying

yes what you just wrote in the bomb squad thread is the reason for those to be upset and dig their heels in, if that is what is best for them financially.

    Bell - I'm staying

Perhaps, I take the I've still got 2 years on my contract to mean I have no desire or plan to leave, but your view is legitamate too. Twitter is very frustrating, the only way to write any decent amount of information is 2 u knw use txt spk & sound lke a idiot

    Bell - I'm staying

yeah it seems stupid, they are going to have to buy out most the contracts to get rid of them after treating them like this, I don't see any great savings from doing that? If Bell is on 5k a week and the best he can do is find a club on 1k, then they are going to have to pay say 4.5k a week to...

    Bell - I'm staying

Quite possibly especially since the way this is being handled creates animosity, when you are upset and angry with your employer and consider them disloyal why do anything but what is best for yourself?

    How to unite the devided?

There is no way to unite this forum with the current circumstances, if by now everyone isn't on the same page criticising sisu they are never going to be. We could make the forum a much nicer place to be though by banning the trolls, but is that what the forum wants? Personally I'd prefer...

    Bell - I'm staying

It suggests he isnt planning to go though doesn't it? sounds like I'm on more money than I can get elsewhere by a significant margin, I'm seeing out my contract thanks.
