Sooo. what are you lot going to be doing with the extra spare time next year?

Blaze I think should be some good crowds there next year and it's always exciting, could never quite muster up the passion I have for football but I always have fun.

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

and even if ACL could do something about it (and I don't see what) SISU could have been a couple of years further ahead, They could have the land purchased, designs done, investors on board and into the process of getting planning permission before ACL found out, and perhaps started the build by...

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

Why? what options would ACL have?

Attracting players (given embargo is lifted)

I think having a nice stadium is the cherry on top at best too, that doesn't change the fact you'd have to be nuts, desperate or being offered far more than you think you are worth to play for us next year (assuming not at the Ricoh), Since we already have 8 or so players we don't want because...

    Debt write off

Don't worry OSB, Paul Appleton will get to the bottom of it when he investigates the directors conduct *sigh*

Attracting players (given embargo is lifted)

Normally perhaps, not this year. What are the reasons they would normally pick Coventry? Great Stadium? Not This year, Decent chance of promotion? Not this year. Almost no chance of relegation? Not This year, Large support to play in front of? Not This year, we are going to have the crowds, the...

Attracting players (given embargo is lifted)

You'd have to be nuts, desperate or being offered significantly more than you feel you are worth to come and play for us this season. It's quite possible that the transfer window ends before we are able to sign players anyway unfortunately.

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

Huh? I'm saying back when ACL gave their final offer and said we arn't willing to negotiate further, even if SISU felt this was unacceptable and wanted to build a new stadium they should have taken the deal. With the deal in place they had somewhere to play that is financially massively...

1 year in the Ricoh (would make sense)

They didn't need to do this, I can't believe that SISU actually plan to build a stadium because the smart thing to do would have been. (1) Agree the 400k deal with ACL. Ok you still arn't happy because you arn't getting certain revenues, but now your rent is much better, you haven't pissed off...

Wake up supporters - you are being conned!

Less of course, if he had offered 26p it would have cost him £18million not the £1.5mill Otium paid. which is a ridiculous figure for Limited that may or may not get the share and that doesn't have the players etc.

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

I took the bullshit comment to be believing it was bullshit that the FL would say such a a thing and that it was a bullshit reason for not releasing the details, not that Dan hadn't said it. Getting Clarity from the football league would be appreciated, its really completely unacceptable if true.

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

I read the thread, I don't think anyone was doubting that Walker said that, people were doubting weather or not he was being honest. So when you said it's absolutely true it was reasonable to assume you were confirming what the football league allegedly told him.

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

You have a copy of the e-mail from the football league? seems like you should be sending that straight to every media outlet you can find.

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

Nore did it actually ask if you would follow ccfc out of the city, I think it just asked if you would follow them outside the Ricoh and yeah it pulled on the heart strings, made it sound like they were the victims and had to do it, it was a horribly bias question.

The Mirror says to City fans, Do a Lady Godiva!

The thread is about protests being too small, the general opinion is they haven't been organised and promoted properly and your response to that is to have a protest very quickly and not organise it, you don't think you are falling into the exact same trap?

The Mirror says to City fans, Do a Lady Godiva!

Sounds like the perfect way to get another 20 person protest going to me.

    Done Deal

if they are renting for 100k for a 7.5k seater stadium that will have work being done on it and having to share the venue that makes the ricoh at 400k look good value imo.

What are the consequences if SISU now liquidate Ltd to avoid the rental lease?

if ACL accept the cva the lease is broken, the cva contains compensation for the lease, pitiful compensation though
  20. N

Who now own's the Golden share - This is crucial!!!

If ACL accept the CVA they don't need to liquidate limited to get out of the lease, it's already broken, the CVA includes paying ACL 26% of 1 years rent as compensation for breaking the lease, which seems completely pitiful to me.
