    Zavon Hines

I know you are joking but it really does boggle the mind that we are taking trialists, there is no reasonable hope of us signing any of them unless they are so devoid of choice that they are willing to hang around for 6 weeks +. Honestly the fact we are still bringing in trialists points to the...

    300 season tickets sold

Does it show you mean business? or does it show that you shouldn't even think about doing business with them under any circumstances because once they decide they want something they will do anything to get it even continuing doing so even once any chance of success has gone and that they are...

    300 season tickets sold

None of that answers the main point though that there is no benefit to them in liquidation compared to selling the club. The simple fact of the matter is winding the club up completely gets them nothing, selling the club brings them a few mill most likely. I did say they only potentially don't...

    300 season tickets sold

Why would they wind the club up though? they can sell the club for a few million, sure it's a massive loss to them but it's less of a loss than just winding it up. Especially since they would get absolutely nothing from winding the club up as the players contracts being paid out would be worth...

Forget SISU And Concentrate On What We Love

The club already has massively more debts than it's worth, adding more debt doesn't really do much harm other than to sisu and there is always going to be more value in selling the club than winding it up.

Starting a new club - a way to gague support

Things need to get a little worse before the support is really going to be there for this, there is still alot of misplaced optimism, give it a season

They think it's all over ?

If we do well some fans will come back but I see little to no chance of us doing well despite a few decentish preseason games. We won't have any of the trialists to pick from and if we start on -15 you can forget any chance of the crowds increaseing.

Warring parties secret talks in last-ditch attempt to keep Sky Blues in Coventry

Seems like false hope to me. Assuming that article is correct there is no way we are going to get an agreement, it's doubtful that that the people there will even have the authority to make a deal. ACL would be very foolish to sign the cva without an actual agreement in place and the article...

    CVA meeting today

Ok I said I couldn't prove it, but I can, from a Tim fisher question and answer e-mail in Feburary. "What is your final message to the supporters? This is not as simple as a rent reduction so to those who just say ‘pay up’ or take the offer on the table, I say: a) we have paid more than...

    CVA meeting today

ACL aren't owed the 500k the Escrow account would be, which presumably isn't going to exist if the lease is being broken, No one doubts ACL received 500k towards the rent from this account, but ccfc had a legal responsibility to top it back up. ACL have also recovered some of the money they are...

    CVA meeting today

No I disagree, I can't prove it but I am very confident Fisher has said they paid 800k rent. I specifically remember him being asked why they weren't paying rent and the response was look shane we have been paying rent. Especially in 1 of his "look Shane" interviews.

    CVA meeting today

It's still only you and Tim Fisher that believe this (well actually Fisher doesn't believe it, just says it) so that leaves just you. You've been told over and over again that the "800k" rent they paid last year was 500k from the Escrow account which they had a legal responsibility to keep...

    CVA meeting today

Thanks yeah I realise that, It was the fact the council were owed £750 which is the first time I've seen that and since I didn't think the CVA offer was in the public domain that suggests Greggo Gee has inside info. Or perhaps I'm mistaken which is why I asked him to link to that info.

    CVA meeting today

Can you link to that please? I thought this wasn't in the public domain and we only knew what the telegraph had told us as they had seen it, who showed you?

    CVA meeting today

no it's up to 14 days for adjournment. the 28 days you are thinking off is the cooling off period that happens if ACL sign the cva.

Coventry city council to refuse cva - city going to face liquidation

Is that the same thing though? refusing starts an adjournment? if they were going to sign it presumably they would today.

My bad, sorry Nick, worth taking down the tweet though as it's confusing people.

Coventry city council to refuse cva - city going to face liquidation

Worse than that the skybluestalk twitter account tweeted - Coventry city council to refuse cva - city going to face liquidation with a link to this thread, nuts.

Coventry city council to refuse cva - city going to face liquidation

He's clearly not Tim Fisher of course, but why on earth did you tweet a link to this piece with a headline that looks like news when really it's just speculation? it's also quite possibly a troll (and no I don't assume people with a different opinion to me are trolls) Very happy conversing with...
