I doubt what has happened since Wasps purchased ACL would even be considered. It's all about a certain timeline up to and including the takeover. What's happened nearly two years later has no bearing on it I would think.

4. The club put in an offer to rent the AEHC facilities for the academy for 7 years. That's still within the conditions set by the Higgs Charity. If for no other reason than to see what reception the offer recieves.

Do SISU actually believe that they've been wronged? They're testing the water on a previously unchallenged piece of law. Do they think they have a case? I'm sure they do.
