Who actually owns our football club ?

It's who SISU have sold the CCFC investment to who are ultimately the owners aside from the small share that Brody has suddenly remembered he owns. Unless you can find out who those investors are we'll never know. In other words, we'll never know.

Petition SISU to sell the club

If only to find out who our actual owners are.

    Mowbray, Go or Stay?

Mowbray accepted the job last season not this so yes he most likely did except the job last season not knowing what this seasons budget will be. It's quite incredible to think that the manager sets the budget, I bet there's not a manager in football who sets the budget, that will always be...

    Mowbray, Go or Stay?

If, if we have the sixth biggest budget. Agreed a competitive budget? What makes you so sure it was agreed and competitive? Accepted the budget offered through a lack of options is just as likely. What most people understand is that the club for decades isn't an environment that breeds...

Match Thread Gillingham v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 24th Sep

1-1. Can't see us winning, can't see us scoring too many but also can't see us conceding many.

Petition SISU to sell the club

Not solely large crowds but if large crowds aren't important nobody would ever redevelop their ground to increase capacity or move to larger purpose built stadium would they? If there was a 32000 seater stadium to rent in Bournemouth where do you think they'd be out of choice?

Petition SISU to sell the club

Probably not. I doubt that the building has a design life of more than 100 years if that, so it's most likely going to have to be rebuilt at least twice during the course of the lease which the lease owner would be responsible for not the council. One of the benefits to the council of such a...

Petition SISU to sell the club

Not under SISU they wouldn't. Which of course is what the petition and this thread (apparently) are about.

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

That doesn't bode well for total stadium capacity. 10% for away fans I think is the leagues minimum requirement. ;)

Petition SISU to sell the club

Does that mean that we have to add Telegraph Media Group as well as Trinity Mirror Group to the ever growing list of organisations secretly plotting to overthrow SISU?

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

Much the same. I also worry about the proposed capacity and what it could rise to. I'd be flabbergasted if it got done in the first place and beyond flabbergasted if the capacity ever rose beyond that.

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

So. Millerchip sells the lease to CRFC with CA resigning a few days before. Hypothetical conversation follows. CA: Good news, we've just been informed that CRFC are going to take control of the lease so we can press ahead with our joint development plans. SISU: Oh, er, this is awkward. Thing...

    Sparkies

Don't think so. It sounds like you're trying to run a radial of ring. The cable in a ring from memory can only take the current (32amps usually) because it is a ring. If you chuck 32amps down a radial you'll burn the cable out and the more sockets you add the worse it will get.

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

Even then I don't think that they've been given it. Pretty sure it's not so dissimilar from our original Ricoh deal. I.e. they have use of the bowl during the season, office's and shop on site. Anything else going on is nothing to do with them IIRC. Although they do get a share of the naming...

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

To a stadium that has a 240+ year lease on. If they do plan to move teams again it ain't going to be for a long long time and frankly it's scaremongering nonsense to suggest otherwise.

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

As long as revenue was shared equally at the Ricoh why not. So long as we're not treated as the poor delinquent brother why would anyone who supports the team not the regime care?
