No comment from SISU = no surprise from SISU.

    The end of Sisu?

Through Sconcap or whatever they're called I would guess yes. Although I think OSB has pointed out on a different thread that this is historical debt that could be easily written down if they wanted at no real loss to SISU I would think that technically she could still call that in should she...

Sisu gone on Monday? Yanks are coming!

I seem to remember Portsmouth going through a number of owners in a short space of time before fan ownership and each one being worse than the last. I'm always mindful of that prospect.

    Have they gone yet?

Tim's shook on it but Joy has changed her mind ;)

Sisu gone on Monday? Yanks are coming!

I think the majority of us considering the last 8+ years will be very cautious of our next owners regardless of how relieved we might be to see the back of SISU. I know I will be anyway.

Sisu gone on Monday? Yanks are coming!

People joke about the likes of Hoffman, Elliott etc. but the possible truth is that when it comes to the crunch and it will, there's more than a good chance that these are the only ones out there willing to put a hat in the saving CCFC from extinction ring.

    The end of Sisu?

That's unfair. I'm sure we'll lose one of two posters though.

    The end of Sisu?

Seems from what I've seen they only win if the opponent can't afford to fight. If the opponent let's it gets to court SISU rarely if ever get a result. Using the courts to batter people who can't afford to fight you would be more appt. Not batter people in court.

    The end of Sisu?

ARVO for one. She signed of the debenture on Ryton on behalf of ARVO so she has a level of control on the debt that the club owes to ARVO.

    The end of Sisu?

Didn't they do something like this with welcome break? Don't think they battered anyone in court that day either. Who was the company in question when a judge called he recollection of events into question? Didn't batter anyone in court on that day either by the sounds of it. Question. Who...

    The end of Sisu?

The club is in debt to companies that she controls. I'd imagine that means it's very easy for her to wind the club up if she wants.
