I think that the club needs the whole package to build a sustainable future. I do appreciate that total package would cost, and there is no way SISU should get it on the cheap. So if it was available they should pay the correct price for it. Not sure if I totally answered your question...

According to the SCMP (league 1 version of FFP) any shortfall can be made up by investors but only as a grant... Not a debt for future. So if this is implemented correctly it would be the first I guess.
