Better to have 11 home grown academy and 11 good senior pros than 5 graduates and 17 journeymen. Elvis knows what he's doing.

I got the impression from the article that Pressley wants to have half the squad from the Academy. So he obviously sees something in them. The obvious prominence of Wilson aside , I think they have done wonders developing some of our young players. Willis and J.Clarke have both come on...

You are right, and if SISU were to get their investment back then they would one of a very few that made any money out of a football club. Getting to PL would be the best bet of getting back as much as they can, they've obviously had their fingers burned... but that is their own fault because of...

But you's be happy to give it to a complete stranger.... like Haskell for instance?

Jesus Tony, I said most becasue last time I checked I couldn't travel forward in time to check the price of the sale. Then you go off on a rant based on a single word. It's speculation... just like the rest of your statement.

True - I would have thought some money would also come back from TV monies and other areas (sponsorship). If the club could secure 2/3 years in Prem then they could probably sell getting back most of their investment.

I agree - would need to be made crystal clear to fans how this setup would work.

Of course it would... but IF it did all happen PL clubs are not sold for £70m - you'd expect to get more surely?

Yes that is true... It is the same type of setup that exist at a lot of clubs. Arsenal do not own their own stadium, it is owned by another company within the setup.

SP hoping for clarity on CCFC's future home

I believe Guillfoye was the preferred choice for ACL was it not? My point was that was is perceived to be shady, morally questionable is very different to what is illegal.

You may well be right. They may do everything you say. But lets also say that if they did build their own stadium, they could then do all of those things that you've described and we would have the same outcome. So no matter what way we go about it we are always going to end up at the same...

SP hoping for clarity on CCFC's future home

Oh yes...the administration sham. The process overseen by legal process. Obviously in your learned capacity you have evidence that illegal activity occurred and essentially either fraud or corruption had taken place (maybe both). So I assume you've taken your evidence to the police? Becuase...

No that would probably be good... who do you have in mind? Dhinsa? Haskell? Or maybe Hoffman and his magical shiny pound. Plenty of people apparently would take us over... have you seen anyone put up the money yet?

We can talk about football. Personally it's all gone to shit since they sacked Eric Black.

If you google Salary Cost Management Protocol (SCMP) then you get an idea of how it works. I suppose where we are protected (a little) is that if the owner has to put in equity it can only be done as a donation - not a loan.

Of course only SISU can bring us back, and ultimately it is them that have to have the will to do it. I can't understand why we are having all this bluster for a new stadium. The Ricoh is perfectly viable. The club does however need to have control of it's financial destiny. We can hate SISU all...

Of course they bloody should have. They should have got their due diligence right at the beginning and secured it before they even walked in the door. But unless you have a time machine John, can't see us changing that fact. So what is the alternative solution?

It's shit John - there's no dispute. It's a load of bollocks, but what's changed from when before SISU were in charge, then we would have paid it to someone else in some way. The club has been making a loss for the last 15 - 20 yrs, yet you're suggesting we've never been accruing debt until SISU...
