It's simplistic. Measuring stats in isolation, Westbrooke was absolutely anonymous for large spells at Oxford. How we miss Bayliss and his ability to move the whole team up the pitch, we were camped in our own half because we had no players who could do that
O'Hare needs to start in midfield (he's not a forward so pointless putting him in for Hiwula), the team needs to play at a much quicker tempo, the midfield need to offer themselves to receive the ball from the centre backs, Westbrooke and Shipley don't do it enough.
Having said all that, Blackburn fans have unrealistic ambition. They are basically a second division club that had a spell in the top flight off the back of a very wealthy benefactor, why they think 12k average gates deserve better is beyond me.
