TLS Oxford Report - The Gift of the Dab

I must pull you up on the description of the 3rd goal, it was Watson's pass into Shipley who then played the nice reverse ball into O'Hare for the 3rd. Good stuff otherwise. I think we miss Bayliss, too often our defenders don't have options showing for the ball

    Jamie Allen

I update my assessment on Allen, we won't see him until October. We were really crying out for somebody like him yesterday to get into Oxford and upset their rhythm. They were able to find the right side all the time

Cheers, good read that. I watched the Southampton v Man United game before ours, it was dull as dishwater.

That's a bad result, twice threw away a lead. Invited pressure (Shipley and Westbrooke do not make any tackles and drop too deep). Hiwula and Jobello were shite, does Jobello think he's a lot faster than he actually is? Hiwula just so sloppy.

For how poor we were, we're a goal up. Oxford are going to push forward second half and gaps will open up, I think that's why OHare is on the bench tbh

We've got no change of pace in the team, Jobello is hugging the touchline

I've just looked at the survey, can you clarify what you're on about here as it looks like you've just cherry picked some numbers to me

    Owners Financials

They're not necessarily cash losses though, depreciation isn't cash and accrued interest isn't either.

    Owners Financials

I can bet the £2.6m figure that somebody equates that to the Bayliss and Chaplin fees regardless of the accounting year, relationship etc

    Are SISU bad owners?

Yes that was what I implied in my post

    Are SISU bad owners?

No, me neither. They've made better appointments to roles within the club but this might be more luck than judgement. They also, to their credit (but recognising that it is still ultimately about reducing the amount of funding they need to inject every year and maintaining the FA match funding)...

    Are SISU bad owners?

Considering the nature of their wider business, they're never going to publicly accept that they've made mistakes realistically
