If SISU want the matchday revenues why don't KCIC do this?

Because it's a start point. The matchday revenues are important but the non-matchday has far more potential. Why do you think they lined up AEG to come in and run the complex?

As much as they got at the Ricoh..... precisely fuck all.

No it's the non-matchday revenues as well.... when will you realise?

    revenue streams

You may well be right about that, but also we have no guarantee that a future owner wouldn't do exactly the same, and if previous owners are a measure I would expect subsequent owners to act pretty similarly. So in order to remove our reliance on owners like SISU we have to be in a position...

    revenue streams

Ultimately they want the non-matchday revenue streams that they can count in FFP calculations (and no doubt go some way to reclaiming their investment). This is why they should try and buy out ACL in it's entirety.

Only one thing is stopping us playing at the Ricoh - Joy Seppala

If everyone accepts the judges valuation of £10.8m for ACL to be correct, is it fair game for SISU to offer £11m? £12m maybe? Or would this be classed as 'trying to get on the cheap'?

    A mad crazy idea ?

Of course it is stupid.. but technically it is classed as a temporary groundshare, which the FL have allowed on several occasions to different club. If a franchise club was to be created it would have to begin a lot further down the football pyramid, and certainly would not get CCFC's place in...

They will make far more money with footballing success on the field then they ever will elsewhere at the Ricoh.

    SBT March July 12th

Do you think it would be appropriate to attend the march and then if Joe Elliott or Gary Hoffman show up then give them a drop kick for being two faced cunts?

Only one thing is stopping us playing at the Ricoh - Joy Seppala

Maybe this would be another stumbling block. If SISU had part of ACL they wouldn't be using the profits (their share at least) to pay down the mortgage would they. To be fair you wouldn't expect any owner to do that if the money was there to put into the football club.

They must be a little pissed at the fact there is no football team there.

    Can/should the FL intervene?

I guess the problem lies in the fact that we have had zero information from the liquidator. SISU claim that they have put money in the ESCROW account to cover the payment. Has the liquidation now been officially completed? What stage is the process at if not. I can't fathom why a) the FL don't...

Only one thing is stopping us playing at the Ricoh - Joy Seppala

Micheal - Of course the revenue streams are important.. they are certainly far more important than the rent value ultimately. Yes we can see that SISU's actions were to try and distress ACL - but the purpose of that was to access those revenue streams.. and in particular the non-matchday ones...

"We are bewildered and exasperated by your position"

Maybe Michael should disclose every possible detail of the rent offer and put it out there to see. If it is as good as made out then there becomes a focus point which to campaign/protest on and also more information to be supplied to the Football League. If the objective is to show the owners...

Is everyone at least happy we are still alive and kicking?

A football club controlling it's own financial destiny by accessing the revenue streams it helps to generate. Promoting youth players into the first team to create a sustainable flow of players. All good ideas - However as I said the way they gone about trying to doing it is fucking abysmal.
