Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

Well the 590K itself is a barrier isn't it? There's no way the two parties trust enough to do the transaction directly.. so there must be some 3rd party involved. So why can we not get clarity about this? There are two key points here. The 300K - has it been paid? Have SISU put the money in...

IIRC Simon I believe said that he was told by McGinnity or Robinson that they had paid 300K.... negotiated down from 500K

Sky Blue Ribbons Line The March Route

I did not suggest otherwise... but do we all want a resolution to get them back to Coventry or just have a big SISU OUT chant?

How are we to know. But we get line... the only thing stopping us from returning is Joy Seppala. This is clearly not the case is it?

Sky Blue Ribbons Line The March Route

I do hope you will be applying the same level of pressure on all parties.... after all it takes them all to negotiate to a resolution.

Since the JR result we've been by Anne Lucas that she's prepared to negotiate. But now it seems she's got fuck all authority to do so. Michael then came up with his 'to good to be true deal' with fuck all detail. Turns out that actually him and his associates had no authority to offer deal, and...

This is all becoming pathetic now. This constant positioning in the press is fucking ridiculous, and shows clearly that no-one from either persuasion gives a fuck about the fans. SISU owe ACL that money. Some of which is claimed to have been paid by guarantors. SISU claim to have put the money...

Not sure that all of a sudden the FL will jump just because ACL released a strong statement. SISU 'claim' the money is with the liquidator. If it's true then someone needs to come out and say if this is the case.

It's all OK... remember ACL have got the fans wishes and needs at heart.

So we can safely say that Michael had no such permission to offer a rental deal to SISU.

Christie set to sign for Derby

He's only ever going to make it as a winger... not a defender.

    JR Decision Appeal ?

I can't understand why they are appealing... they lost and are never going to bloody win it. Give it up for fucks sake and concentrate on more pressing matters,

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Yes I do. A year deal to start at whatever value (maybe sixfields rent value) with full matchday revenue. Gives both parties more revenue but long term the club has to secure ACL as part of it's business.

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Sorry let me clarify... when I say dissolve I mean buy out ACL and shut it down. Take on their lease deal direct with council.

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Somewhere around 200K for league 1, and more/less dependent on promotion and relegation. If we were in the PL somewhere in the region of 750K to a 1m is about right IMO. Irrespective of that all matchday revenue has to go to the football club. It's a nonsense to have it any other way. The club...

    1. Maybe the net difference between the two doesn't amount to that much, but having the revenue streams to put in the 'revenue' column in the first place as opposed to just the 'outgoings' column may have something to do with it. 2. As I have said before - If the club had all matchday revenue...

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

I'm not sure how that is relevant really.. most clubs are selling clubs when a club from a higher league comes to take your best players. I'm not saying to exclude it from a business model, but frankly you seem happy to ignore the fact the rental value as a proportion of the revenue the club...

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Can only imagine because they got zero matchday revenue as before. Although there is a saving on rent - if you sign up to that deal you are just recreating the same problem as before. No other revenue streams = more equity injection. The club is not going to get itself to be self sufficient...
  19. Ian1779

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

But when you rely on player sales as the vast majority of your income we are never going to build a successful team. If the club had to have a 22K attendance for every game just to not make a loss on matchday then you can see so much of what is wrong... and it's not just the rent... but also...

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Fine... no reason for you to mention the 'rental deals' and everything else.. we've discussed it a million times previously. Maybe we'll be able to stop hearing the 'SISU batter people in court' tagline as that must have been used at least 5 million times.
