    Cyrus Christie

Christie dives in too much to play centre half

    Player Ratings vs Birmingham

Having seen both Birmingham goals on replay I would say Edge was more at fault than Brown

    Lee Clarke

It isn't just that thread either, lots of people saying he is out of his depth at Birmingham and they would rather have Mcleish back

    Lee Clarke

Was wondering how long he would be given after today's result and not yet won in the league

Who would you play for crewe ??

Christie is good going forward but I don't really trust him in defence, dives in too much for my liking Clarke an then Willis to start at RB for me

    Things we found out tonight

Looked like a diamond to me for the majority of the game, when Mcsheff and Ball came on though I couldn't quite work out what formation we were meant to be playing

    Narrower pitch

It looks to have been narrowed further compared to last season for me.

    Player Ratings vs Birmingham

Yea I haven't seen any goals on replay so it was possible that Brown may have been slightly at fault but if so it wasn't a howler I agree Baker had his best performance in a city shirt, he just comes up short of a 10 though for me I also agree Elliott was excellent but I wouldn't give him a 9...

    Now what do we do

I am hesitant to give Shaw the job after the way Thorn turned out, slightly unfair I know

    Player Ratings vs Birmingham

Murphy- 7 - Thought he was very commanding of his area today, when he claimed that long punt at the end was great. Some punches were not the greatest but he managed to punch them away from opposition players majority of the time Willis- 6 - Thought he done well for a young man still learning...

    Edge - the unit

What I noticed he was a general in defence, everytime the ball was cleared it was him telling his fellow defenders to push out and hold the line. Also put himself in great positions when the ball was being crossed meaning he cleared nearly every single cross from open play away

    The Cark Baker Show

Best performance in a city shirt from him. His work rate and commitment was immense tonight, ditto rest of team tbh

    Dennis Wise

I don't think Curbishley would be interested imo

    Dennis Wise

Been away over the weekend, was surprised when Thorn was sacked but think the club made the right decision in the end after the draw vs Bury. Wasn't given much time this season but we needed to not be cast adrift From all the people actually reported to be interested I would choose Wise

    CCFC v SUFC Goals

It is hard to tell from that video, rubbish angle and too many bodies in the way blocking it. Someone posted a picture from the sideline where it looks over on here

Thorn: Wants the same performance as 2nd half and waiting on a prem loan

I agree people are letting that second half spell go to there head, we were on top in that time for sure but people suggesting after the match that we deserved to win were watching a different game to me. A draw was the most are performance deserved I would disagree about your long ball...

    Paul Robinson

And Glen Johnson is arguably the best in possession of them all
