    Stag Weekend

How far is it exactly? I’ve passed it a couple of times on the way to Altia (unbelievably beautiful area of Costa Blanca) but I’ve never been into Benidorm so never actually timed it. Must be a good 1 1/2 - 2 hours though. It’s good motorway though from Alicante-Elche Airport so I suppose you at...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Don’t really drink. Just got back from a two week holiday and had the grand total of 5 pints and on five different nights too. Brought back €360 plus change as well so hopefully I’ve already got a better rate than I will have next year for the first of my two holidays I take every year. Never...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

OK Ri. Were you wearing a pink Chosŏn-ot and bouncing up and down on your chair like an overexcited child who’s just heard Santa is coming while typing that. The EU is just 27 countries by the way. As I’ve repeatedly pointed out to you you voted to put up 97 borders not 27.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s a direct consequence of what you voted for in June 2016. If you’re looking for an individual to blame for 97 borders going up on November 1st all you simply have to do is look in the mirror. You’ve put it up along with everyone else who voted for this mess. In admitting that Northern...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Do you have any actual idea of what you voted for? Where have I remotely suggested barbed wire and watch towers? I understand what a border is in the sense of trade. You’ve voted for 96 trade borders we haven’t had for decades. How can the consequences of an instruction you gave the British...

    Stag Weekend

Here’s the thing to consider. Get on the plane 40 minutes later land in Dublin and practically in the city centre and the stag party goes into full swing. Get on the plane 2 and a half hours land, get a coach or taxi another hour plus to get to Benidorm. You’re waisting valuable drinking time...

Again we voted to leave, that means we voted to put up borders. You’re witnessing the reality of what you voted for. You can be childish and pretend that isn’t the case if you like which is exactly why I refer to you as Ri Chun-hee.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

With respect I asked first and I’m still waiting for a reply. Also I thought people knew what they voted for. If you didn’t release that when you voted leave you voted to leave the free trade deal that is the EU and therefore set up 27 borders then you clearly didn’t know what you voted for...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

We started the process of setting the border up in June 2016. Not just the one either. 97 in total to be exact. You also didn’t answer the question. How do you propose to help the British dairy farmers of Northern Ireland?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You’re detached from reality. I see nothing in your post that is going to give British dairy farmers based based in Northern Ireland any comfort for instance. How do you propose to help them for instance.

Given we voted to leave and Boris is willing to do that without a deal your statement is 100% factually incorrect.

So illegal immigrants will be able to cross the border into the UK from Ireland and we’ll have no mechanism for sending them back. How will Varadkar have to deal with that?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Boris choosing not to put up border checks UK side of the border isn’t dealing with the issue though is it. It’s still British business’ that are going to have to deal with the issue. All Boris has really said is that you’re on your own.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Boris says that we’re leaving at the end of October no ifs and no buts. Your last link says it will take 3 years to set up. In other words there isn’t a technology solution unless you include delaying brexit for 3 years.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Boris has mentioned an Australian points based system. IIRC you need 60 points to get into Australia so if you know how to pick fruit of a tree 30 points, can you lift a crate that weighs upto 25 kgs 30 points and you’re in. Can you make coffee 30 points, can you write a name on the side of a...

Every year. We have a party for friends and family, the kids love it. You? I’m guessing you’ll be sitting at home on your own feeling lonely as usual.

Surely the £6 is a given for both EU and non EU migrants in that scenario. In which case the EU migrant has had a pound out of your wallet whereas the non EU migrant has had £11. I thought you were supposed to be clever.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I’ve given you a proper reply. My point is you can’t have it both ways. You’ve 100% made the same point. You’ve agreed with me without even realising it. Well done.

So if someone puts a fiver in your wallet and someone else has taken a fiver out of your wallet who has contributed to the amount of money in your wallet In a positive way?

Are you aiming that question to me or the people who think brexit is the promised land of low immigration and a booming economy. You’re missing my point completely by inadvertently making the exact point.
