    MK Dons Away

Andreas; the reasons why so few go to SIxfields is well documented as I suspect you are probably aware. I respect your choice to attend at Sixfields, so please respect mine not to. I will go to MK as it is easy to get to - I will not go to Sixfields for those well documented reasons even though...

    Peter Beagrie

Having read various posts, I am now quite glad that I was at my mother in laws 70th birthday party (no alcohol - so the glass wasn't even half empty) and didn't see the game. Quite pleased with the point although obviously a bit frustrated to concede so late in the game. I know its Monday, but...

    Refreshing too see!!

Really enjoying the season (on the pitch). Looking forward to MK as the football from such a young team is pleasure to watch. We will lose games, give away silly goals etc.. but so what! I remenber how down I was whn the season started so it is a great feeling to look forward to the next fixture...

Does Anyone Remember 'Happy' and His Regular Coach to Away Games?

Apparently many years back a Pompey fan got a kicking from some Cov lads in Whitby (I think) and lost an eye , so it was supposed to be about that. However, a Cov mate of mine who works in Pompey asked a few of the known lads (if thats the correct expression) and they said it was nothing to do...

Memories of Playing footie in the streets.

Used to play in the "entry" as we called it which ran at the back of the houses to garages between Middlemarch Rd (where I lived) and Grangemouth Rd. Came in the house a fair number of times with gravel in my knees - turns out that sliding tackles aren't really the best idea on that particular...

    Only 500 sold for Bradford

Reasons for not going: skint, Sunday, on TV, skint and skint. Paid in time for MK - then Christmas, so therefore skint and skint again.

Bradford Game on at the Ricoh?

I have took the time to read through all the posts on this thread - and I sincerely hope that fans of other clubs haven't! I shall either be watching at my mates house (if he ever gets around to inviting me), or at the local pub (although it is in Northampton, so I may have to reconsider). I...

    get behind him

When I was a lad and feeling at times that the whole world was against me, my old man used say in his Dublin brogue: "Don't worry son; just think that there is always somebody worse off than yerself!". I think I may have finally met him. ;)
