    Not coming back.

Just saying that as the council seemed happy to pay to have a sporting event at The Ricoh over a weekend, then why shouldn't they offer the same deal to the incumbent tenant who brings a lot more over time than a weekend of minor Davis Cup Tennis does? Hosting the Davis Cup is a high profile...

I would have thought an exclamation mark or two would have been appropriate.

Withholding rent to deliberately distress ACL. If this fails then break the lease.

    Mk dons banter

Quite looking forward to taking family members and meeting up with friends I haven't seen for while, at a fan friendly ground in a location that is easy to get to. and is an affordable day out. This makes it a big game for me on a personal level. Sorry if this offends.

    The Finances

This is a facinating read OSB, and thanks. Certainly seems to make the club more enticing as an investment. I take that means the Ricoh freehold is the key for them to enhance value further (obvioulsy ACL still being the fly in the ointment maybe)?

    Mk dons banter

They were also discussing the issue of our fans in their end, and how could we be distinguished from each other. Just count the number of toes that our fans have being the pithy comment from a couple (could work though having thought about it!) ;)

    Mk ticket sales update

Cov have now sold out and have requested more from MK. Just tried the away supporters link on the mk website with no luck, but the home link for the game is ok which suggests they may have sold out also.

    Not coming back.

just thinking through this impasse again, and what I would do next season for instance; and the only hope that I cling on to is that we will return to Cov in the not so distant future. The two sides are still poles apart, so difficult to see where any negotiations or talks will go. I cannot see...

    Game Saturday

The Saints hold a lot of politcal sway in the town, which is often viewed as more of a rugby town anyway. In fainrness they do get crowds of 14k are second in the league and have been European Champions! The fans are still generally a bunch of footbal hating miseries though despite the success.

Urban Tiger in Northampton is ok (preferred it when it was the Irish Centre though). I suspect though that there aren't many on here who would make the 70 mile round trip

Oh dear. Probabaly best to let the proper Bradford fans deal with this moron. But thanks for your opinion anyway

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

It would be worth more if sold with outline planing permission (think the council as the landowner can do this through "permitted development"). So the council could set the parameters for the type of development allowed, which in itself would help to quantify the level of remediation required...

Which is why I said that if he did say that, then he should apologise. We all make mistakes, and I think Baker comes across as quite a rounded individual otherwise.

    Bradford City Match Thread

If Baker did as you said the he ought to apologise. However, before you condemn as a "grub" yuo should look into some of his fmily history re his brothers', and how well reguarded he is by the family of a young Cov fan who recently lost his battle with the same illness that Baker's fmily have...
