Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

Point being? We don't get anything of it anyway.

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

No it is critical and I don't think it should be underestimated. We paid £1.3m p/a in rent over 7 years, that's 9.1m in rent alone, now, add the missed money in revenues to it, take the 100k, about 700k, but, this ranges from 100-300k p/a because we had higher attendances when we first moved in...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

There may be conferences, Walsall have that and other stuff, So we could still get money from that, we don't have the plans for the stadium so you can't make assumptions presumptions. Besides, we get nothing from that anyway so I don't your point. Even if F&B was neutralised (which I don't...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

No one is saying it's all about rent, it isn't, but it's certainly important.

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

Why? Because you make money off your stadium, now we only make ticket sales off match day, if we owned our own stadium, we'd get that + revenues, we'll have to pay for maintainence, yes, but if well run, the stadium on the whole would make profit, we'll be able to pay off money lent for new...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Unfair, we've only had 60m debt dumped on us by SISU because that's there chance to cut their losses, transferring debt from other ventures to CCFC, but at stages, we have had no, or manageable debt. If you're sustainable, you can have as much debt as you like because people know you can pay...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Ironically, those same people who take the moral high ground, namely CJParker, are rather happy to go protest at Fisher's kids' primary school. Also, I bet those same people would not object to such unethical practices if it were, say PH4/Byng Far East investors took such measures - in fact...

Will the Football League condone SISU's actions ?

They'll have to prove it to the FL. In the long-term, it is undisputible that building a new stadium would be more sustainable than renting a stadium. But I'd rather us purchase the RICOH 100%, whoever the owner, but at least one of the 50% shares will be difficult to obtain.

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Or rather the people that actually built the ground... SISU inherited this mess - continuing the decline and decay of CCFC - but because we had to pay rent, an absurd 1.28m, even worse, we got no revenue from our own events, it increased the number of fans that needed to turn up to...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Well, yes and no. Broadly speaking, if we got sell-out crowds week in, week out, we'd be making money, therefore, we'd be in a position to spend more on transfers/pay players more, but if you're losing money, you have to sell. Or at least be in a position to gamble with your money, why do you...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Exactly, when you're losing money, you need to cut your losses, the obvious things to cut are you transfer and wage budgets but that can sometimes barely scratch the surface, so then you have to sell players - a concept some fans, somewhat ironically, fans who don't go, don't understand. Now...

Android / iOS App - Would you?

This app sounds decent, but, if it's £300 odd quid out of your own pocket, I wouldn't risk it, I and I'm sure others are content with just using the web browser.

    Pictures from Ryton today.

That's what I want to know, been bugging me all season, stands in the same place, wearing the same kit at all the games, and I have no idea who he is/was, until now. Seems like a cool guy.

Android / iOS App - Would you?

I don't fully understand the point of this app, I'd appreciate it if you could explain it. I make the vast majority of my posts off my iPad and all I have done is bookmarked the web page so it is effectively an 'app', how would this 'app' make it any different? Same with my phone, and...

Although I quite like 'RICOH' as a name of the stadium, I wouldn't mind if it got changed, more money for the club.

Fisher and Waggott are the right men in charge

No, I disagree, we did well in the transfer market this season, the embargo prevented us from signing James Collins (the Cov lad) but if we had signed him, would we have signed McG and then Clarke? Both are better than Collins. As for that Donny midfielder, that was a blow, but then again, we...

Fisher and Waggott are the right men in charge

Cameron - awful Clarke - doesn't start very often Turner - I'll give you that one However: Christie - has flourished, started from a young age, and has started consistently bar injury. Bigi - thrown into the deep end - as we know, now at NUFC Thomas - I'm convinced that last yar...
