Apparently Coventry City Ltd still has first refusal on the Higgs 50% so it will be offered to the liquidator of CCFC Ltd before wasps purchase goes through

If Wasps are serous about keeping us at the Ricoh long term they should offer us 50% today. I think wasps are under the impression that we will be happy to remain as tenants indefinitely.
