    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

It's a lovely feeling knowing that Fisher has had a bad day. Hopefully he'll have another one tomorrow.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

OSB is not saying that no interest was paid out, he is saying a (large) portion of it is accrued.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

The club was never not allowed to buy the shares. It was SISU who were discussing the purchase, not the club.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

I think osb58 pointed out earlier that the formula price agreement didn't apply because the club were in arrears with the rent. This meant the club couldn't buy using the formula. This isn't to say SISU couldn't have offered an amount equal to that of the formula, just that the agreement...

    Question for Mr Jan Mokrzycki

I suppose it could be a coincidence that this gets posted on the same morning that a piece highlighting our plight appears in the national press.

    Question for Mr Jan Mokrzycki

Very interesting. I do wonder why Labovitch would want this published, as he knew it would be. I imagine it's to try and get fans to argue amongst themselves, rather than putting pressure on our owners who are the only ones who can bring us back to Coventry (area).

    Goals

Indeed, 2 good points made. I think I've got so used to him scoring I, quite wrongly, forget to acknowledge it. Excellent goal scoring from the Cov kid.

Thanks for posting the goals. Although I think Murphy is the best keeper we could have in the circumstances, he does frustrate when he pushes the back in play from a save, rather than conceding a corner.

When we come back to the Ricoh

So if it isn't for free presumably you're suggesting paying more rent, but then they get some extra income. Unless one party is subsidising the other, then there's no point doing that.

We are due a good result there, I can only ever recall coming away disappointed. 3:2 to us, Wilson to get 2, one of theirs will be a penalty.

When we come back to the Ricoh

Boycotting ACL because they bought the rights to the revenue when the club needed the money, and won't give it back for free?

Potential outcomes of the judicial review...

I would imagine our current owners want the Ricoh, which CCC could offer, but they would also want the lease, and CCC cannot offer that on their own. If they were willing to rent, I'd have thought they would be doing it now, it can't get much cheaper.

    Trust, Young Fans Good idea

Well done to the Trust for organising this. I think it's wrong to go to Sixfields as there was no need to move, the revised offers were good enough for the club to make a profit as long as they didn't do anything silly like pay 107% of the income on wages, or charge themselves £1.8m interest...

RFC, please can you explain why the 10 point deduction means Pressley has to use the loan system.

    Legality

unviable ʌnˈvʌɪəb(ə)l/ adjective adjective: unviable 1. not capable of working successfully; not feasible. In the short term I would imagine it would cause concern, but companies need to adapt, and they seem to have done that.
