    Why boo a player?

As has been said, Hussey was awful. The booing started and he started playing even worse. What does that tell you?

Di Canio subs his keeper after 20 minutes!

A fascist but also a nutter, so if he came here he would probably put all the women called June in a concentration camp.

    Groundhog day

As was said on CWR last night, the last time we had a manager poached by another club was Jessie Carver ...... in 1955!

Paralympic GB for the blind football in Rio?

Di Canio subs his keeper after 20 minutes!

'I like the message Di Canio sends out, 'I'm a winner, I'm going to the top.' You sure that's not 'I'm a fascist, I'm going to the top?'

    Why boo a player?

Maybe we need to boo more. It might stop other clubs then scouting our players.

    Why boo a player?

it was coming from Blocks 14/15/16 I reckon. May be wrong of course, but I heard nothing from 19 or 20. As usual it was all deathly quiet in there.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Hope he never ever plays like that again.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Would agree with you except that Hussey was absolutely awful for a good 20 mins and gave the ball away several times before the booing started. It was after the umpteenth piece of poor play the booing commenced. Still think booing is stupid though and totally counter productive, but I could...

So glad to see Hussey score!

Not nonsense though, Torch. You and I, I consider to be reasoned rational supporters. I'm talking about the others who don't see the big picture and have shorter fuses.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Not going to shoot you down, but do have to pick you up on the 'he would find himself with the ball without an easy pass to pick out.' Thing was last night, he did have easy passes to make and when he tried to makes easy passes (5 to 10 yards to a teammate) those passes were just truly dreadful.

    Groundhog day

I didn't see anything in that sentence that infringed any human rights! Maybe I am reading it wrong.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Agreed. Can only put it down to City fans being so starved of success for so long that the frustration has now reached boiling point. Booing surely defeats the entire object of wanting the player in question to improve his performance.

    Burton - The Aftermatch Thread

Maybe the players have heard that it's Gary Megson coming in and they have been really depressed since.

How did McGoldrick look tonight ?

You very much need to add Brown to that list with Kilbane not far behind.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Don't think it's OTT, Hill. He has been dreadful in just about every game this season and I recall the reports from the pre-season friendlies and the word was he was pretty goddamn awful in all those games too. His positioning his poor, his decision making is poor, his heading is poor, his...

So glad to see Hussey score!

Well you have to think if he was Reece Green instead of Reece Brown he simply wouldn't have made it.

    Question!

Interesting. Could understand avoiding another 30 mins, but pens? That did surprise me.

So glad to see Hussey score!

Agree. As a footballer I would say Chris Hussey is a much better player. Don't know how Reece Brown made it in the world of professional football.

So glad to see Hussey score!

I was really pleased Hussey scored the pen. I was fearing the worst when he stepped up and I think the reaction from the fans would have been dreadful had he missed. It was one of the worst individual Sky Blue player performances I have ever seen in recent years though. I couldn't believe just...
