This is nothing like the Portsmouth situation. They had no money. We have just been taken over. Why should they leave for free. If someone bought the company you worked for (let's say the owners wife) and told you to leave with no pay off despite you being under contract, would you?

Would people stop suggesting buying Nuneaton and moving them to Coventry. If you want to buy a new club from another town and move them why not buy one further up the league system? Why would that be any different from buying Nuneaton. You CANNOT just steal someone else's team.

Agree. CCFC are my club regardless, however, I would support any Coventry team - particularly at non league level.

Why? Are you starting one? I would always prefer a supporter run club, as long as its not called AFC Coventry! Would prefer that club to be CCFC but that isn't likely to happen. City fans don't pay money to watch games let alone buy the club.

I imagine accounts would have to be filed to exit admin. At least for the companies involved.

Apart from the bit that says it started in March. And the bit about high court putting us into admin (although technically true should have made it clear it was the clubs/owners decision). Other than that it isn't far off.
