IMO this has been coming for some time. I believe that the rampant pacifying of foul language & behaviour both off & ON the pitch has heavily contributed to this. I also believe the only way forward is for the football authorities to make clear that assault on the pitch is no longer a bookable...

As I said in an earlier post...compromise I's the best option for one & all usually. I'm merely suggesting that CCFC budgeting is very questionable if it budgeted for a rent reduction when it knows what it has agreed. Any reduction would then serve as a bonus...although that might be swallowed...

No, I do not agree with reducing the rent (unless it was built into the contract). The club's 2012/13 Business Plan should have budgeted for paying the agreed rate.

I agree that PWKH deserves a lot of credit & I's very enlightening...there is no doubt a lot more to the current situation than even he can offer. We ought to bear that in mind too in trying to be fair & reasonable to all parties. It's hard reaching compromises, but IMO they are usually the best...

I think with contract for rent in place, ACL can call that debt in anytime they like & send CCFC into trouble...although, yes - unless they can afford the legal fees to recoup the debt, they would probably still lose out.

You said it yourself - the small businesses are at least still getting paid (unless anyone knows different) & they kept us afloat. As I said how they go about it is a different matter & we will never know if a.n.other would haveade better decisions. Doubt if L1 was in SISU plans though.

That's a good point. He's been found linked with what many consider dubious &/or wreckless acts &/or decisions on more than one occasion. Those are the ones we know about...& yet - Coventry keep voting him in.

That's just it WHO? Who'd want to buy something that only produces a loss financially & has few real assets?

None of us really know the answer to that...& we cannot change things in any way (unless you find a way to muster the financial clout required) - so we just have to try to influence what we can. That means getting behind the team & club, come what may IMO.

Do remember that even next time out there are some clashes between teams above us which can help making up ground...then there's suspensions/injuries all start coming into the mix. That's when strength in depth comes into play...here's hoping ours can do the job!
