Trust meet administrator - statement coming

I think it's good he's meeting with them & making it clear that he considers to be such an important stakeholder. Although a stakeholder without being a debtor in financial terms - he seems to have left himself open to criticism should he ride rough-shod over fan's interests.

    Cardiff an example worth following!

Patience? PATIENCE ffs!!! Collectively we must be 5th in that table...after Wimbledon, Wolves, Swansea & Pompey who've been through similar to us at some stage, but so far worse than us IMO

    Cardiff an example worth following!

    ACL Embarassed??

I'm pleased we can all keep our sense of humour & not let things get personal. I can also understand why people are angered by the story - as it is reported. What concerns me most (if true) is that you are quoted as suggesting the best way forward in all this is to have "proper business...

    Cardiff an example worth following!

...& why would our competitors want to tell us their "magic formula"? Why in fact would we follow it? Surely new ideas to not just catch up - but overtake these clubs is what would be most beneficial? That means doing a British Cycling type exercise & strip everything to do with the club back...

surely it doesnt take this long to discuss an offer for the club?

Moving toward the future is a constant unstoppable force :-) Whether the future is good, or bad is unknown :-/ Patient is all we can be...no amount of singing & dancing will change the process that we now find ourselves. What will be will be

Steven Pressley at Sky Blue Trust meeting

Maybe one that he sought was a £50k/wk increase if he got us 9pts from his next 4 games? Or that he could watch home games naked from the directors box? Or maybe his assurances sought were perfectly reasonable? One day we may find out...but don't hold your breath!

    Football Hooliganism

Little light on detail & hard to counter intelligently I reckon.

    Football Hooliganism

...& it is not footballs problem. Football is the vehicle these thugs choose to flaunt their courage/physical-prowess (or stupidity as most of the rest of us seem to agree) because it gets them attention, notoriety & kudos with their equally stupid mates.

    Football Hooliganism

Maybe looking at this it's simply young people developing, but with inadequate respect &/or discipline &/or sense of right & wrong through poor (or restricted?) parental/school/society guidance? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-22155807

    Football Hooliganism

Or maybe thought he was preparing his dinner? More seriously though...he is maybe bricking it at the moment waiting for the knock on the door - but his ilk will maybe hold him in high esteem & he will become some folklore hero. The sad thing being that a. The horse was in no way expecting the...

    Football Hooliganism

I think it could easily get worse. There will be some that jump on the bandwagon because they want their 15mins of fame (all be it at best 5secs on TV, 1hr in court & a lifetime of "somebody else's fault I am frowned upon by society in general") & bugger the consequences, those wih very limited...

    Football Hooliganism

We can look at all the specifics in every situation & hypothesise on all the general issues involved too but we come back to the same AGE OLD natural tendency for tribal instinct (yes - even within groups of the same Club's fans), testosterone, alcohol-fuelled bravado & safety in numbers. It is...

That's a matter of opinion really. In mine - the best squad in the league does not have such an inconsistent record as ours.
