Match Thread Coventry City v Manchester United - FA Cup Semi-Final

Jake Bidwell - played the full 90 for Everton in a 1-0 loss to a team from Belarus

    Callum O'Hare

I’m sure there are people on here who would say Palmer > Palmer, but I think that’s crazy….I would take Palmer over Palmer every time.

    Sydney Attack

Kind of relates back to what I was saying yesterday. No angry mobs for a stabbing attack in the same city where people actually died - why?

    Sydney Attack

Maybe if people are going to be wrong this often they need to change their preconceptions about who the “usual” perpetrators are.

I’m talking about comparable attacks to this one - October 7 is obviously something completely different

    Wembley plans

It’s surprisingly good in there - on a couple of occasions we’ve got there not long after gates open and it’s been great on the concourse with a view of the fanzones etc. If the Green Man is rammed then we might do the same again this year.

    Fa cup tickets

It’s pretty common for touts to sell tickets they haven’t yet purchased, but in this case I think it’s extremely unlikely that touts are buying and selling tickets for this game en masse. The restrictions on sales have been very tight.

    Sydney Attack

I’m being facetious. But on a separate note I do think it’s a bit curious that attacks by Muslims or asylum seekers will generate pages and pages of debate on this forum, whereas an attack like this one results in basically nothing.

    Israel - Palestinian Conflict

Most Muslim countries in the region despise Iran, to the extent that a few of them actually worked to intercept the drones on Israel’s behalf.

Police say it’s now “obvious” the attacker was targeting women. Where are the community leaders?

He was very good at Plymouth away - essentially set up both goals I think?

    I wouldn’t ask Robins about this though…

Time to scrap the points system - the 1000+ brigade have clearly failed us

No of course you didn’t. Didn’t stop a couple of others from joining the dots though.

Raging is a bit strong, isn’t it. Go and watch it again - he didn’t say it at all, did he? I get it, journalism is hard - you heard someone say something that got your jihadi senses tingling and you rushed on here to post it without checking if you heard it wrong. You haven’t run with something...

    Sydney Attack

I’m afraid I owe Frank Gardner an apology - watching the video of what he actually said yesterday (via this completely deranged Twitter account), his exact words were: “It looks - but it’s not confirmed - but it looks similar to previous terrorist attacks” So he didn’t actually report it was a...

    Sydney Attack

At the end of the day you couldn’t even wait a couple of hours for the facts to become apparent, before racing on here to suggest there’d been an anti-Jewish terror attack. Now that it turned out to be nothing of the sort you’re putting all the blame on some other journalist. It’s all a bit...

He was wrong and you were fooled - makes you both look silly. Not too late to just edit your post if you want.
