    Arsenal price

£26 sounds like a bargain... if that ends up being the average ticket cost (given some will be sold for more) then still a possible 600-700k payday... maybe TV revenue on top...

    Shut it you slaaags

I'm up for this... whatever is decided. How about starting with a march thru Coventry... little protest outside council house (for them to pull their fingers out also)... on to train station Euston march to wherever and so on. Obviously knowing our luck we will be a late kickoff or Sunday game...

Pressley thought the team were EXCELLENT!!!!

lol nice one... all makes sense now, and yes I clearly should have gone to Specsavers!

    Well done in advance

Arsenal fan signed up in another thread and gave some very helpful info... we were nice enough to give him some lovely insults.... in any case it is likely to be a category B game at approx £35 a ticket, less for kids oaps etc ... (unless both clubs agree on further concessions) Anyone remember...

Pressley thought the team were EXCELLENT!!!!

Indeed. Specs was the nickname I was given by the fans I used to sit next/near to at HR. WT-R75 (west terrace R 75)... in any case I had laser surgery, but the nickname stuck... seemed like an appropriate name to sign up with at the time! I don't think they actually knew my real name until...

Pressley thought the team were EXCELLENT!!!!

I'm referring to alternative managers when I say be careful what you wish for... obv not commenting about the off-field situation which I don't think could get much worse lol

    FA Cup 4th round draw/discussion

60k @ starting price of £35 would be approx 45% of 2.1m = 950k. Could be more as I guess many seats will be more than £35. I hope that a good chunk of this money is given to Pressley to strengthen the squad and make a real push for the playoffs....

Arsenal Away should be a good sign of progress

I think because we don't have a home it is illegal for us to get a "home" draw in any cup competition any more :) Lies, damn lies and statistics :)

Pressley thought the team were EXCELLENT!!!!

First half possession was 40% city 60% Barnsley. End of game total possession was 55% City... enough said... we must have played for more than 20 minutes... in any case, I am assuming this poster is someone who texts CWR with Pressley out every time we concede a goal. Be careful what you wish...

    Matteo Lanzoni signs for Yeovil

and in the meantime someone else comes in for him? I agree there is no immediate rush, but I doubt we will deliberately drag our feet...

    wolves in for leon clarke

All I want for the new yr is to keep our better players and discussions on a 99yr lease... i don't want much lol :)

    wolves in for leon clarke

I wonder if we make it to end of Jan with our main (*) players intact if the fans will realise that Sisu/Otium are serious about the club moving forward and give the team some more support for the remaining games this year? With just a little bit of atmosphere at SF it might make the difference...

    Lying - Part 2

I wouldn't worry. The CVA proposal was 25.95 pence per pound owed, essentially funded by a SISU "write-off" of paper debt. The alternative to the CVA was liquidation at a value of approx 0.5 pence in the pound... in other words about £10k. They will get this once all the assets etc are...

Coventry City in the top flight

For it to happen the club needs to be paired with a stadium so that the whole package can be sold to someone with money to burn... so yes it is possible... and you know what, if sisu managed to get the Ricoh I think the club would be ripe for takeover given the group of players, manager etc that...

Aah the memories... will we ever have those days again :(

    SSIU /ACL Christmas truce

    c) Sorry not for sale [yet]... and herein lies the problem. If the owner does not want to sell (sisu or ccc) then there is no point making offers... but yeah they could make an offer to show willing but ultimately we end up at the same place. Sisu have to add value to their asset in order to...

    SSIU /ACL Christmas truce

Labovitch already stated on skynews (see thread for video) that the club would be prepared to have 2 independent valuations as a starting point for discussions, but ACL simply isn't interested... What I would like to see for the new year is just some sensible discussions from the council and...

How much would you want Sisu?

maybe the council should buy the club too as they like to spend more than things are worth to protect the city's assets ... [tongue in cheek]
