    The Council or SISU?

I read this, then looked at the that bit that says when this was posted- it said 5 hours ago. Either a) the asteroid will come crashing through my window any minute, b) it's missed Earth and I'm safe or C) that Bruce Willis mission worked a treat!

    They can't stop themselves..

"Therefore, we again propose to invite a leading expert in football finance - such as Deloittes to act as a mediator and help drive through a deal which makes sense." - CCFC Can anyone tell me when they first made this proposal?

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

Sorry OSB that's thrown me a bit. Aren't CCFC the debtors here? Oh, I remember your earlier post now - directors can become liable - so they can lump this order on the personal bank accounts of Joy, Tim et al too eh?

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

If they can only get their money based on what CCFC has in the account today - and not keep taking until the whole debt is repaid - then today's action may not make SISU quake with fear. It sounds kind of like the police using pepper spray rather than a gun to try to stop a criminal.

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

Here's an interesting line from there: "You should consider carefully when to make your application. The court order which is initially sent to the third party will only 'freeze' money held in an account on the day it is received by (served on) the third party. So if, for example, the order is...

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

Do you know OSB whether this could put CCFC over its Financial Fair Play level by default if revenue is being diverted by ACL to pay the debt? E.G. If there is £1m less cash coming in does that take £650,000 off our playing budget? So if we were running a £4m playing budget on the basis of a...

    Dear Mark...

Funny, I was thinking of posting something with the same title. Mine would have gone something like this: Dear Mark, Napoleon Bonaparte once said: "A leader is a dealer in hope." Many of us Sky Blues fans are angry and upset at you right now. Deep down, most of us know football is a...

Can we make the word "Robins" Illegal on here?

It puts a hyphen between the c and the u and adds an i before the t.

Can we make the word "Robins" Illegal on here?

Half the time it gets spelt Robbins anyway, so you'd have to exclude that too. This site already automatically changes Scunthorpe (<< see!) so what would you have he who must not be named changed to?

    Ricoh rent deal has collapsed

Any idea how that would work OSB? I am picturing ACL telling City they can continue playing at the ground, but only if they have ACL people collecting the ticket money and that they will pass on what is left after deductions for rent and running costs. That picture seems unrealistic. Is there a...

    Ricoh Rent

To be fair, what Ian passed on 4 weeks ago kind of ties in with ACL said today: that they thought an agreement had been reached in verbal discussions with the directors but Sisu then sought to change that agreement.
