Robins favourite for Bristol City job

Sorry, I had seen the discussion re: Robins and Donny, but hadn't seen the thread 3 pages back about Bristol and I assumed it was new as it has just appeared on the Beeb's Monday gossip column.

Robins favourite for Bristol City job

Mark Robins is the early favourite for the Bristol City job. Hopefully, it's just wishful thinking by Bristol fans / punters! http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/Mark-Robins-early-favourite-Bristol-City-manager/story-17839539-detail/story.html

It's set up deliciously this year. The Packers, my favourite team, have been in great form the second half of the season - despite missing some of their best players - and have developed a running game to compliment their passing one. A rejuvenated Payton is driving the Broncos on. Atlanta had...

Remember the night Chelsea forgot the away kit?

It was the red and black chequer board one Chelsea wore. I hated the two shades of purple with yellow trim shirt that we had the season before that game, but I guess you're thinking about the not much better 1998-99 away kit, which had more yellow in it.

Two players same surname same pitch?

Borrows and Burrows played together the night Chelsea wore Cov's away kit. Says it right here in Deano's film clip! :D

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

You're right, I don't. But then I wasn't the one who confidently asserted that the council would not exercise its entitlement to a super rent in the event of ACL making a profit of more than £3.75m. The shareholders of ACL are CCC (through its ownership of CNR and NCH) and the Higgs Charity...

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

So, if ACL ever makes a profit and a percentage is returned to CCC, what would happen to that money? Would it not go towards council services, other council projects or supporting the council's balance sheet?

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

Taylor, re: your post #140 in this thread. According to Coventry City Council: CNR = Coventry North Regeneration Limited, which is the development company set up by Coventry City Council (CCC) to construct the Ricoh Arena. CNR is wholly owned by Coventry North Holdings Limited, which is wholly...

    Tottenham v Coventry match thread

Ah, I see now. Cheers. They could have made the correction a bit clearer. On a quick scan through I didn't pay attention to the time (I assumed naturally it was going chronologically) and saw that as a separate booking for Bailey.

According to the BBC live text, Carl Baker was booked twice for unsporting behaviour (in 11th and 64th minutes) but not sent off... :thinking about: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20863351
